Please inspect your merchandise carefully. Our responsibility for damage ends when you accept the merchandise at the time of pick up.
In some cases, an assembly may be required. Our staff will assist you in loading your merchandise into your vehicle. We are not responsible for damages in transit caused by faulty packaging or inadequately tied-down merchandise at the time of pick up. Please secure your items well.
Build credit, get more appliances, and pay over time. We offer No Credit Needed Financing. When Financing there is a $50 plus tax application fee for the No Credit Needed Financing at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change.
Some manufacturers offer extended warranties on certain products. Claims under these warranties are to be made with the manufacturer. The Appliance Outlet will assist you in this regard upon request. We back up our guarantee of quality with a 60-day exchange policy, which means that the item(s) purchased will be repaired or replaced within 60 days, at The Appliance Outlet's Discretion. The Appliance Outlet has no obligation to service or exchange items sold "AS IS", with No Warranty or merchandise that has been abused or repaired by the customer. The Appliance Outlet cannot be held responsible for damages caused by appliances to your home. The customer, however, is responsible for the transportation of the damaged appliances.
Refund Policy / Returns Policy
Because our prices are so low, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns on any items that are sold in the store. No refunds or Exchanges. 20% Re-Stocking Fee will apply to orders canceled prior to receiving the merchandise. You have 2 weeks to pick up. After 1 month, storage fees of $50/month will be added to the order.
